The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when were on autopilot for so long that we forget were on autopilot. Because when were not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.

It’s interesting because we see this so often in the online world. In order to have a good sense of who you are and what you need to do in your day, we tend to spend a lot of time focusing on our actions and how we are feeling. We don’t often pay attention to the thoughts that are going through our mind and heart.

The problem is that these “feelings” are just a distraction from reality. They are just thoughts or impulses that we choose to ignore at our own peril. Instead, we should be paying attention to our actions and how we feel. If you want to feel good and happy, you need to do the things that will help you feel good and happy.

If you want to feel great and happy, that’s fine. You will feel good and happy if you go on some action. If you want to feel good and happy and a little bit inhibited, that’s fine too. But if you want to feel low and you are feeling down, you need to be in the mood to make the effort to do something.

If you want to feel great, you need to make an effort to do something. If you want to feel good about yourself, you need to make an effort to do something. If you want to feel great about yourself, you need to make an effort to do something. If you want to feel great about yourself, you need to make an effort to do something. If you want to feel great about yourself, you need to make an effort to do something.

I love this quote from the above video. It’s about the difference between feeling good about yourself and feeling good about doing something. I love the idea that if you make an effort to feel really good about yourself, that you will feel better about doing something. I’m not quite sure what that means, but I know I’ve felt better about doing stuff of late.

I feel like I should put a bit more emphasis on the word “effort” because the title of this post kind of suggests I don’t completely agree with it. I’m guessing that the idea of doing something is what it is from the video, at least in terms of feeling good about doing it.

Thats a bit of a mouthful I know. Also, its not like I feel like I have to do something like this. It might be the case that I could feel better about doing it. Im guessing this is what makes the title “activity ratio”, which is a bit too vague. When I think about it, I feel like I should probably focus on some other parts of the title, like “how I feel” as opposed to “doing something”.

The way I usually think of the title is that I should do it because I actually feel the feeling of doing it and because I’m doing something. Activity ratio isn’t necessarily the best way to think of it either, because it’s not the feeling that’s important.
