We can be very aware of what we are saying to ourselves, but we often overlook the fact that we may be saying things to ourselves that are not actually true. We may be talking to ourselves as though we truly are talking to someone we are talking to ourselves. A good way to get yourself more aware of what youre saying to yourself is to stop yourself from being self-centered and begin to listen to your own thoughts.

A good way to start this is to write down and practice the mantra you will later recite at your next meditation. This will help you become more mindful of what you are saying to yourself and what youre saying to yourself is actually true.

We all have times when we are so busy doing things that we forget about our daily tasks that we forget about our lives. And the thing is, we don’t just “forget” about doing what we are doing. We forget that the same thing we do when we are doing it is what we are really doing.

For instance, there was a time in my life when I was so focused on writing my blog that I forgot I was doing it. In fact, I was so focused on writing my blog that I forgot that I was actually writing. The same thing happened with claritas cfa. When I started writing my claritas cfa, I had no clue I was actually writing, even though I was practicing the mantra.
