I don’t think you get much more important than the ceo of a company you work for. If you don’t know what the ceo is, or what it does, then you really cant say with any degree of confidence if you would be able to run a company the way that ceo wants it run. To the extent that you can, you’ll need to be able to communicate with her and build a relationship where the ceo trusts you.
