The s11 form is a short term form of mindfulness that you can use to calm yourself if you’re feeling overwhelmed. For example, you can think, breathe, and feel your way toward a solution to a problem, without getting caught up in your thoughts or getting caught up in your emotions.
A short term form of mindfulness could also be used to get you to get a sense of the world around you. For example, if you find yourself in the middle of a storm and you don’t immediately notice the storm’s location, then you could just take the storm, instead of going over it, and get more mental clarity out of it.
It was just like that for me in the first few seconds of the S11 form. I was aware that it was there and I was not getting caught up in my thoughts. It wasn’t until the first few seconds that I noticed that I was being pulled into my experiences and I was getting caught up in my thoughts. This is the power of mindfulness. It’s a very real thing.
You can get a lot of mental clarity out of what you are doing, or what you are thinking. You can also get caught up in your thoughts and experiences if you don’t set some mental ground rules. This is where mindfulness comes in. By simply doing the little mindfulness exercise you mentioned, you are able to set yourself up to have more mental clarity in your experiences. I know this because I’ve made this mental ground rule before.
This time I was very conscious of my own mental security. I had a mental security of course, but I also had a mental security of course. This time I was very consciously conscious of how I was feeling, how I was thinking, and how I was doing. I had about a thirty-minute mental security of course.
If you’re working to improve your mental self-awareness, I’m glad to hear you made it to this point. If you’re already doing this, I’d like to hear how you’re doing with it. I can only imagine that this is going to be a bit more difficult than you’d think it will.
