When we have a negative belief about ourselves, we tend to become more self-critical. We start to question our actions and patterns. We then start to look for patterns that are broken, or that don’t work. If we start to doubt ourselves, it can be very easy to question why we are doing something. So we start to take on a pessimistic mindset. We tend to think negative thoughts, and we start to believe that things are terrible.

We often have negative beliefs about ourselves because we’re scared. That’s okay, because we can use negative beliefs to motivate ourselves to do something. That’s what people do when they’re scared.

Our belief systems are like our patterns of movement. If we believe a pattern is broken, then we start to think we need to do something that is not working. This can be as simple as going to the basement and looking for a light switch. Thats when we start to doubt ourselves and start questioning our beliefs.

This is the very thing that we should look at when we’re trying to figure out what to do next. If we know what we want to do, we get motivated to get to it. And once we find ourselves wanting to get to our next goal we don’t look back and say, “I should have been looking to do this before I gave up my job and ended up living in a basement.

Theres a lot of common sense that goes into this but there are a few things that need to be considered.

When I say “buy a home,” I mean that you’re not going to find a home builder that will build a home for you if you just buy a house. You have to know what you want in a home, you have to have the money to afford it, and you have to be able to show them the house.
