There are a few tax lots in my area that I know of that have a good number of properties in them. However, I’ve yet to be impressed with the quality of those lots and the services they provide. My problem is when I’m looking for a lot in an area and I hear that there are a lot of properties and not enough staff.

In my opinion tax lots provide a good amount of services for homeowners and landlords. There are lots of things that you can do there, most of which are free, but I think the services and amenities are better if you can afford them. I have several tax lots, most of which I know of that are in a good amount of neighborhoods that I would like to live in, but I haven’t been impressed.

A lot of people are not interested in the big bucks and how they could get off the property for free. In reality though, I’m not interested in the property at all. I have no interest in rent. If I have a lot of money to spend and buy furniture, I wouldn’t have an interest in rent. I wouldn’t be interested in that much money.
