I’m not talking about closeness or personal space. I’m talking about our closeness to the earth and the light. I’m talking about the idea and reality of being able to take a deep breath and relax.

I love the idea of taking a deep breath and relaxing because I often find myself feeling stressed and over-tired. The fact is that most of the time your body just goes into autopilot. So you end up doing nothing and you get bored.

I love that you think people really do enjoy being on autopilot for so long.

In fact, this thought has been a constant theme in my life since I was a child. I’ve always had the idea that whenever I feel stressed or bored or just plain exhausted, I need to take a deep breath and be still for just a moment. I was always told that I had to breath in and breathe out, so I thought that was just the natural way for me.

I hear you. But, I think that it is a really important thing to consider when you’re feeling bored, annoyed, or just plain exhausted. When you’re on autopilot it’s too easy to forget how to stop and think about what you want to do next.

Maybe you don’t know where to start when you feel like you’re on autopilot. Take a minute to step back and think about what you want to accomplish.

It’s not much of a secret that you have to be on autopilot every time you get tired of doing something. You have to be on autopilot, right? But that is probably what makes it a lot easier. You know what I mean.

When you’re bored, annoyed, or just plain tired, your brain is just as busy as ever. A lot of your brain is going to spend time at the computer on autopilot, which is where you would normally keep your brain busy. So the last thing you want is to get bored with your brain.
