To me, comparable value, or just how much something is worth, is relative to how much you could get for it. This is why I think that home improvement should be a hobby. It teaches you the value of everything you have, not just the things you like.
The value of property in the US is very different from the value of property in other countries. This is why the value of our homes is so much greater than in other countries. This is also why we are so much more likely to buy new cars.
The US value of a house is in the neighborhood of $500,000; in other countries it’s in the neighborhood of $160,000. People are more interested in the value of their houses than they are in the value of the houses. The US value of a house is also more often than not less than the value of a house in China, India, and Japan.
What makes ours so expensive is that it is built on a steep hill with a lot of rocks in it. This is why I feel so sad when I see a beautiful house that has been built on a steep hill. It’s like the owner forgot to throw in the rocks.
In other countries, you can have a building that has been built on a steep hill, or you can have a building that has been built on the side of a hill with some rocks in it. In our case, we have a lot of rock.
The reason we are so expensive is because the construction of our house was done in the middle of nowhere a few miles from the city, so there was a lot of rocks. Our house is about the same size as our neighbor’s house, so there was a lot of rock on the side of the hill so it was a lot of work to build it. The only other time I can think of where a house was that had rocks in it was when my grandpa built it.
The construction of our house was pretty much done in the middle of nowhere. So we had lots of rocks.
It’s not all that much cheaper to build a house in the middle of nowhere, but it was still a lot cheaper than the actual cost of the construction.
The point is even if your house is the same size as your neighbors, there is no guarantee that you’re the same person. Everyone has a different set of values and priorities.
This is a common misconception that I have noticed people have. They see the value of a house as the cost of building it. This is not always true.
