For example, if you try to make someone pay for something that isnt theirs, then you have to ask them a lot of things. If you try to figure out how to get around a law, you have to figure out which law to apply to that particular situation.

This is why I said that form 8582 p1 is one of the most common questions I get asked when you go to fill out credit card applications.
