A certificate of title is an official document that shows your ownership of a piece of property. It is required to show that a person is in possession of a piece of real property. The certificate can be issued by the U.S. Government or a local government in the state where you live.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a little confused about what the difference is between a U.S. Government certificate of title and a local government certificate of title.

The local government certificate of title is issued by the state that the property was located in. The U.S. Government certificate of title is issued by the federal government. The difference between them is that an U.S. Government certificate of title can be used by the federal government to prove ownership of real property anywhere in the country, whereas a local government certificate of title is issued only in a single state.

In New Zealand, state government departments are often called “certificate of title departments.” In the US, however, state governments are often called “certificate of title departments.

Certificates of title are issued by state government departments and provide evidence of ownership of real estate in the state. In New Zealand, they are issued by the state to the property owners. In the US, property owners who own property in more than one state are required to obtain a certificate of title from the state in which they reside.

In the US we do have such a thing, but what we don’t have for real estate in New Zealand is a certificate of title. The reason for this is that New Zealand’s certificates of title are issued by the New Zealand Land Registry, a government agency, not by the state.

The point is that if you own real estate in New Zealand, you have to get a certificate of title from the state where you live, and New Zealand is one of the only countries that issues a certificate of title to real estate. So if you live in New Zealand, you are required to have a certificate of title for your real estate, even if you aren’t the owner of the property.

This is a bit of an annoyance when buying real estate though. It is a big hassle to deal with the state if you are buying a house from a non-government agency. In addition to the certificate of title, the purchaser must also get a certificate of occupancy. The state will often require you to pay a fee to issue a certificate of occupancy, which you can either pay yourself or use a company like a certificate of occupancy service.

A certificate of occupancy basically spells out that you own the property, and the state will require you to get one that says something like, and this is important, “this property is now and has always been the property of the owner,” or something to that effect. It is a form of ownership certificate that says that the state has allowed you to reside on the property in the past, and that the property remains yours to use.
