There is no such thing as a perfect co applicant. Some are totally co-applicants, while others are not even aware of their co-applicants status. I am always in awe of the people who are not aware of their co-applicants, but are more than willing to talk about it if they’re asked.
I am not sure if the word is used in the industry at all, but it is definitely used in my profession of assisting people with their LinkedIn profiles. The idea is that when you apply for a job you are actually applying to a company and they are just using your LinkedIn profile to help them find out more about you.
Co-Applicants are the first step to getting a LinkedIn profile. The second step is to submit a resume. LinkedIn is an online service that allows you to create a profile using your own profile information (your name, email address, and any other personal info) and then use that profile to search for employees who have a similar profile. The idea is that if you have a profile on LinkedIn it will show up in your search results.
It also works if you already have a LinkedIn profile and it exists on your company’s site. But if you don’t have a profile on your company’s site, you can’t create one.
The idea is that, if you have a profile on LinkedIn, you can add your resume to a search company that includes LinkedIn. But if you dont have a profile on your companys site, you cant create one. LinkedIn also allows you to include your resume in a search of all companies that include your company, giving your resume a higher chance to show up in a search. It’s also possible to include your resume in your company’s search but not include your resume in your company’s profile.
When you create a company profile, you’re asked to choose between two profiles (your own or a company profile), and that’s it. It’s not that you can’t create this, it’s just that you don’t get a choice at all. You can only choose one.
I can’t really tell you how much I hate that choice.
I hate it because it is a very low barrier to entry and a very long time to actually get to be on the company profile list. It takes a lot of time and effort to create a company profile, and when you dont get it approved you have to start from scratch. If this isnt a problem for you, then I wouldnt bother.
